The firm represented One Moto in a major trademark and distributorship dispute involving the "ONE MOTO" brand and allied marks such as ELECTA, COMMUTA, RYDA, SCOOTA, DELIVA and BYKA. The matter involved urgent interim protection before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court in proceedings connected with LCIA arbitration.
The firm appeared for the respondent in Yamini Manohar v. T.K.D. Keerthi, a leading Section 12A Commercial Courts Act matter on pre-institution mediation and urgent interim relief.
